Privacy Policy
This site is run by Paweł Holik as a personal portfolio. Here is what data it collects and why.
Contact form
The contact page collects your name, email, website (optional), subject, and message. This data is sent directly to my email inbox via SMTP. I do not store it in a database, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing. I keep the emails as long as they are useful for the conversation, then delete them.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (replying to your message). You provide this data voluntarily.

Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and collects only anonymized aggregate data (page views, referrers, countries). No personal data is stored.
Bot protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile instead of a traditional CAPTCHA. Turnstile may process browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on their data processing.
Server logs
The web server (nginx) logs IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and user agents. These logs are used for debugging and security monitoring only. They are managed by Docker's default logging and not retained long-term.

The site is self-hosted on private hardware. No third-party hosting provider has access to the data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland that is UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
